Healing Begins by Slowing Down

Healing happens when we feel safe enough to pause and listen to our bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom. Through somatic and movement therapies, attachment and trauma-informed theories, and psychodynamic approaches you can move through trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, burnout, and life transitions with greater resilience and self-understanding.

Kerry Kercher is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist that offers individual therapy to residents in CO, virtually and in-person.

My approach might be right for you if…

Traditional talk therapy hasn't quite gotten to the deeper layers

You've spent years intellectualizing, but still feel disconnected from yourself

You're exhausted from always holding everything together

Anxiety keeps your nervous system on high alert

You've experienced trauma that still shows up in your body

You struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, or appeasing

You're navigating recovery from addiction or unhealthy coping patterns

You're grieving a version of yourself or the life you thought you'd have

You long to feel more present, grounded, and connected

Meet Kerry

Hi - I’m Kerry! I am a licensed professional counselor, dance/movement therapist, and founder of Slow Blink Therapies. I support individuals across the lifespan struggling with mental health symptoms such as anxiety, depression, burnout, disassociation, emotional dysregulation and chronic stress. I have been engaged in the mental health field since 2018 and I am passionate about the work I do.

Virtual

In-person

Our minds and bodies are constantly responding to the world around us. When life has taught us to stay alert, protect ourselves, or keep moving, it can be difficult to pause long enough to hear what we truly need.

That is the kind of therapeutic space I hope to create: one where you can pause, feel seen, and rediscover your inner wisdom with compassion and curiosity.

A slow blink represents a moment of trust—a quiet signal that it's safe to soften and slow down.

Curious?

Send me a message - I offer 15-minute introductory calls to see if we are a good fit and/or answer any questions you may have. Thank you!
